In the Words of the President..

Dear Members,

I’d like to welcome you all back to Bowling Green for what promises to be another groundbreaking year for African People’s Association. As an organization we have a long and eventful history that we should be proud of. In the last few years especially, we have gained recognition within the Bowling Green community as an organization that leads in community service, encourages learning about the cultures of Africa, and for just knowing how to have a good time.

This year as things on campus and the world around us continue to change, I hope that the unfaltering community APA has fostered will offer you a sense of consistency. The executive board and I recognize what a talented body our membership consists of and we hope that you will use those talents to push APA forward throughout the year.

We have a fresh lineup of events to look forward to this year and we hope to share these with you in our first couple meetings of the semester.
